What's going on with Mattias Norlinder? Will he stay with the Laval Rocket (he was for three games at the start), will he return to Montreal or will he go back to Sweden?
The decision was made by Jeff Gorton and the organization a few minutes ago this morning: the young defenseman will return to Frölunda.
It's a sad case because his development was perhaps through the Laval Rocket, in my opinion. He must learn to play on home ice and experience hockey in Quebec, right?
On the other hand, I must admit one thing. If he was unhappy in Quebec, maybe it's better for his mental aspect to go back to Europe. I can totally understand his feelings in this regard.
In short, let's hope that all this storm doesn't break anything between the Montreal team, the young man and his agent.
