USA Today conducted a survey of some journalists, in an effort to find out where the best fans in the NHL are.
The best fans in the National Hockey League are not in Montreal, but in Carolina.
According to the survey, Hurricanes fans are on a different level. The arena fills up easily (let's just say it wasn't always like that), for a non-traditional hockey market.
They are reportedly very vocal and stay until the very end of games, in order to see the team's celebration, the Storm Surge.
