After his team's heartbreaking loss (once again in the first round of the NHL playoffs), Toronto Maple Leafs young star Mitch Marner was very emotional.
We're talking a mixture of despondency, sadness and anger.
Despite the tears in his eyes, Marner looked much more angry than sad. The youngster took the opportunity to let loose and send a clear message to the fans as well as to his teammates and managers.
"We're more than tired of feeling this way, so rest assured we're going to make sure we're ready for the season ahead, for next season." - Mitch Marner.
A powerful statement and one that speaks volumes. They need to all be ready!
