The love towards Alexander Romanov is falling...

Remember how much hype there was around Alexander Romanov before and at the beginning of his arrival with the Montreal Canadiens. Even before analyzing his play in the National Hockey League, it was widely reported that he was a steal for the organization in the 2018 amateur auction.
Marc Bergevin and Trevor Timmins set their sights on him at the 38th spot, while most teams saw him going out in the 4th or 5th round, showing that he wasn't on many teams' radar. While he has some good qualities, his shortcomings scare coaches...
He moves around too much and regularly gets into trouble, which is costly for the Canadiens. He will have to learn to manage this aspect in order to progress as a professional athlete.
That being said, Mathias Brunet built a poll via Twitter and Romanov lost a ton of feathers since Kaiden Guhle is now in the picture. He is now the favorite among the Habs defensive prospects, who had a very surprising camp.
Who will become the best defenseman among them? At this time last year, Romanov was the leader in this category. Proof that things change quickly in the hockey world....
Nothing to describe Alexander Romanov. But I truly believe he was put on a pedestal too quickly! My two cents!
