The return of Arber Xhekaj with the Canadiens and Justin Barron sent back to Laval? This has just been suggested by several observers
Following last night's duel between the Montreal Canadiens and the Carolina Hurricanes, there is increasing talk of a personnel move.
This is what many are demanding, for two reasons.
Firstly, because of this:
« There were four Habs players on the ice including Suzuki, Guhle & Harris & the only one who confronted Stefan Noesen after he hit Juraj Slafkovsky in the head was the shortest guy, Cole Caufield.
That was just a sad response by the team tonight.» Secondly, because Barron had a very difficult game. He is struggling to find some consistency and could benefit from a bit more time in Laval.
So, this will be a development to watch over the next few hours, but don't be surprised if it's eventually announced by Kent Hughes.
And you, would you make this personnel move?
