In the last few minutes, the Montreal Canadiens were on the ice in St. Louis for their next game against the Blues.
We were watching closely the Joel Edmundson file, and finally, he was back with his non-contact jersey. Everything indicates that his return to the game will have to wait.
We were also anxious to see what would happen with Juraj Slafkovsky, and we now have the answer
The verdict is reportedly in for Juraj Slafkovsky for tomorrow.
"Juraj Slafkovsky is staying on the ice to work overtime after practice, which is usually not a good sign for playing tomorrow. But we'll see." - Arpon Basu
So there's no change from the last two days. Is Slafkovsky still affected by his injury? Is he simply left out?
It's hard to say, but either way, it doesn't change the fact that he could obviously miss tomorrow's game, and barring a major turnaround, he will be in the stands against the Blues.
Slafkovsky, 18, has one goal in five games this season with the Montreal Canadiens. He has played an average of 11 minutes and 26 seconds per game.
Do you think the young Slovak will eventually be sent to the American Hockey League, or do you think he will spend the entire season in the NHL? If that was your decision, what would you do?
