As you know, we had a nice surprise announcement last night when the Montreal Canadiens made an emergency recall of young Owen Beck from the OHL.
We knew Beck was going to join the team in Ottawa, but there was no indication that he was going to be in uniform until now.
The verdict is in.
See what the younger Beck had to say in a press scrum:
"Owen Beck says (in a media scrum) that he expects a lot of family and friends to be at tonight's game at the Canadian Tire Centre in Ottawa to see his NHL debut.
Beck is originally from Port Hope, Ontario, just a three-hour drive from Ottawa." - Priyanta Emrith
So Beck will officially make his NHL (and CH) debut tonight. We can't wait to see him in action!
More details to follow.
