As you know, it was during the last few seconds that the famous 2022 NHL lottery was taking place.
The Montreal Canadiens had the best chances to win the whole thing and to gain the opportunity to speak at the first rank at the next draft.

The verdict is in: the Montreal Canadiens will be drafting first overall in the next NHL Entry Draft!
