We finally know the real reason for Gary Bettman's absence during yesterday's Cup presentation

Last night, the famous 2022 Stanley Cup was raised and it was the Colorado Avalanche captain, Gabriel Landeskog, who was the first of his team to do so.
Gary Bettman's right-hand man, Bill Daly, presented the trophy to Landeskog. Why not Bettman? There was a lot of talk about it.
Now we know why Gary was absent and why Daly replaced him.
It turns out that the National Hockey League commissioner wasn't even allowed to enter Amalie Arena, the Tampa Bay Lightning's arena, because he has contracted COVID-19 and so he has to isolate himself.
Please note that this is the first time since 1993 that it is not Bettman who presents the Stanley Cup to the champion team.
It was special without the traditional booing, in fact, there was some when Daly said Gary Bettman's name.
