According to what reporter Dan Kingerski of Pittsburgh Hockey Now reports, and as reported by TVA Sports, former Montreal Canadiens defenseman Jeff Petry could be traded again.
A surprising development.
Obviously, the Jeff Petry experiment will not have been a success for the Pittsburgh Penguins and he could indeed change address again.
FLASH INFO: Petry placed on the trade market
"I can confirm that he is indeed available (on the trade market)!"
- An anonymous Western team executive
Interesting!
Petry, 35, has 19 points in 40 games this season. He has been the target of much criticism from Penguins fans since the start of the season.
Let's remember that he was traded in July from the Montreal Canadiens to the Pittsburgh Penguins (along with Ryan Poehling), in exchange for Mike Matheson and a fourth round pick in 2023.
Petry earns $6.25 million per year until 2025.
A file to follow!
