Report: Max Comtois has reportedly signed a new contract, and here are the details
In the last few minutes, the excellent Marc-Olivier Beaudoin just posted this. It comes from a good source:
«I'm told that Maxime Comtois might secure a professional tryout (PTO) with the Vegas Golden Knights. Nothing official yet, but it's heading in that direction!»

Interesting! So, we'll be on the lookout for the official announcement, but this would be very good news for Comtois who would get a fresh start, and not too far from Anaheim at that.
Comtois, 24 years old, is a 6-foot-2, 215-pound winger who was drafted in the second round by the Anaheim Ducks in 2017.
He racked up 19 points in 64 games last season and 33 points in 55 games in 2021 (leading scorer and top goal scorer for the Ducks).
More details to follow.
