The value of Arber Xhekaj on the trade market has just been revealed by his friend Georges Laraque
The name Arber Xhekaj continues to grow in popularity and respect, here in Montreal, but also throughout the National Hockey League.
We've notably seen several Toronto Maple Leafs fans calling for his acquisition.
His unique value fascinates many. Having been questioned numerous times on the subject, TVA Sports journalist Anthony Martineau recently stated Xhekaj's value on the trade market as:
"You don't trade him, period. That's his value."
Recently, it was Georges Laraque's turn to address the topic, someone who knows Arber well.
"Georges Laraque recently defended his value, believing he'd be worth at least a first-round pick for any team looking for a player of his caliber." - Alexandre Desrosiers
Forget it. Xhekaj won't be traded by Kent Hughes.
It remains intriguing to speculate on his market value, and according to Laraque, Xhekaj is worth, at a minimum, a first-round pick.
