In the last few minutes, two renowned informers have released a list of players who are likely to be traded this summer.

We are talking about Michael Russo and David Pagnotta.

What's interesting is that both have exactly the same information on two players from the Montreal Canadiens.

Both only have two Habs players on their complete list, and they are exactly the same players (Mike Hoffman and Joel Edmundson).

Clearly, these are the two players most likely to leave the CH this summer, and these are the two names most clearly on the trade market in Montreal.

Edmundson, 29 years old, is a 6 foot 5 inch, 221-pound defenseman. He collected 13 points in 61 games this season, with a differential of -29, and he earns $3.5 million per season until 2024.

He could bring back an interesting return.

Hoffman, 33 years old, accumulated 34 points (14 goals) in 67 games last season with the Canadiens. He earns $4.5 million per season until 2024.

Don't expect a big return in his case. It's even surprising to see that he is on the list of players likely to be traded.

It would be a nice surprise if Kent Hughes actually manages to free up his contract.
