Three-Piece Trade Proposal Between the Canadiens and Panthers Emerges
Kent Hughes and the Montreal Canadiens are active in the trade market. We know that Kent Hughes is on the phone, and we know that some players from the Canadiens are attracting interest from other teams as the trade deadline approaches.
One of those names is forward Joel Armia.
He is having a fantastic season, doing an absolutely incredible job on the penalty kill, and we know he is capable of elevating his game in the playoffs.
He certainly possesses several attributes that could interest a Stanley Cup-contending team.
A trade proposal between the Montreal Canadiens and the Florida Panthers involving three pieces, including Joel Armia
Here is the concrete trade proposal put forward by Marc-Olivier Beaudoin.

Justin Sourdif, 22 years old, is a 5-foot-11, 181-pound forward.
He was a third-round pick by the Florida Panthers in 2020 (87th overall) and has recorded 17 points in 23 games this season in the American Hockey League, including eight goals.
Last season, he posted 38 points in 58 games in the same league.
Sourdif also has three games of NHL experience, obviously with the Panthers.
As for Joel Armia, the 31-year-old forward has accumulated 24 points in 54 games this season, including 10 goals, and has become one of the best penalty killers in the National Hockey League.
