We just had a major transaction between the Islanders and the Canucks:
Vancouver Canucks General Manager Patrik Allvin announced today that the team has acquired F Anthony Beauvillier, C Aatu Raty, and a protected 2023 1st round draft pick from the New York Islanders in exchange for C Bo Horvat. After much speculation over the past few weeks, Horvat is finally traded! Wow!
He will join Mathew Barzal and the New York Islanders.
On the other side, the Vancouver Canucks receive talented Quebecer Anthony Beauvillier, young Aatu Raty and a 2023 first round pick (protected if top-12).
