Even though the Montreal Canadiens regular season is officially over, many of the organization's youngsters are still in action, including one of the youngsters of the moment: Kaiden Guhle.
Guhle is (once again) wowing the entire hockey world with his incredible performances in the WHL playoffs. According to many, there is no doubt about it. He is the best junior defenseman in Canada.
This promises to be a great career in the NHL! He is clearly too dominant for junior.
Many are already asking the question. After junior, what will be Guhle's next destination for next year? According to former Tricolore scout Grant McCagg, the answer is obvious:
"Guhle will only play in the minors if Chris Wideman and Corey Schueneman play better than he does. So Guhle won't play in the minors." As our colleagues at Fanadiens.com report, so it's clear that, as far as the former scout is concerned, Guhle will be in Montreal as early as next fall. (McCagg even goes so far as to say that Kaiden Guhle will not play a single minute in Laval)
It will be really interesting to watch and until then, we will continue to follow his exploits closely.
Where do you think Guhle will start next season? Montreal? Laval? Where else?
