Just to bring yesterday's emotional game for Juraj Slafkovsky full circle, we just came across an absolutely great sequence that has been overlooked.
A magical moment for Slafkovsky. Watch the following video carefully:
You can clearly see that the veteran Brendan Gallagher, as a good big brother, tells "Slaf" to thank the crowd, which had just given him a huge ovation for his first career NHL goal.
Slafkovsky's smiling reaction was perfect.
We love moments like that.
"Gallagher telling Slafkovsky to wave to the crowd is the magic moment of the night."
We're in for an extremely entertaining and interesting season.
