It is often believed that players, including those of the Montreal Canadiens, do not read what is said about them on social networks.
This is indeed the case for some, but others are much more present than we think, and this is notably the case for forward Mike Hoffman.
Just recently, the HabsOnReddit page posted this:
"Our expectations of you were low (directed at Mike Hoffman), but ouch***!"
Well, it turns out that not only did Hoffman see this post, but he also made a move that has fans reacting and laughing out loud.
He liked and shared the publication in question, on Twitter:
It's peculiar, it's rare that we see this, but it gave us a good laugh.
It's a nice way to get a subtle little message across, while staying relatively low key and not taking it too seriously.
