Important official statement from the Montreal Canadiens
As part of the very important International Women's rights Day, which is happening today, the Montreal Canadiens organization has released an official statement.
It is a very nice gesture from the organization. Here it is:
"On this International Women's rights Day, we highlight our female leaders who are making history in hockey every day. Meet six of the women involved in the management committee of the CH Group, which is composed of 60% women."
Montreal Canadiens
We salute them and we also salute all women. You are strong, courageous, and beautiful.
Women who are making history in hockey:
As part of this special day, the excellent Chantal Machabée was also available to answer your questions.
It's worth watching and listening. It's very interesting:
Kudos to the Canadiens organization for dignifying this very important day.
We also want to salute the excellent sports journalist Mikaël Lalancette for his superb testimony:
"On this International Women's rights Day, I want to highlight the journey of the formidable Andrée-Anne Barbeau from RDS.
Our respective careers started at the same time, and every year that passes reminds me how lucky I am to have her in my life!"
Another amazing woman!
