According to several sources, goalie Jake Allen will have to miss eight weeks of activities due to a lower-body injury. The actual identity of the injury was not named.
Recall that he had left the game against the Boston Bruins on January 12, when he seemed to be in considerable pain.
Let's say it's another very heavy hit for the Habs. The organization will have to rely on a pair of goaltenders who barely have 50 games of NHL experience...
