Kaiden Guhle is certainly the prospect of the Montreal Canadiens who is the most expected, he who GREATLY impressed during the last training camp of the Sainte-Flanelle. However, before seeing him put on a jersey officially with the CH, he has three goals that he wants to achieve.
His first ultimate goal right now is to guide the Edmonton Oil Kings to the Memorial Cup:
«As of today, this is really my number one priority. It may change if it happens for the Olympics, but right now, winning the WHL championship and the Memorial Cup is my first goal with this team.»
Another of his goals, which remains a cherished wish, is to conclude the World Junior Championship this summer:
«For guys in my age group, that would be very important. It was our last chance and we were all devastated when we learned that it ended like this. We all crossed our fingers for July. It would really be a dream scenario.»
Then the other wish and/or objective remains obviously, the Olympic dream, he who will be contacted by the team. Honestly, he should be part of that team since he has all the assets to carve out a position.
«Just being on this list is a pretty incredible feeling and, of course, I would dream of being able to represent my country at an event as big as the Olympics. Yeah, a dream, that's for sure!»
We can't wait to see him on the Red, White, and Blue uniform, that one. He's a very special player!
