Major late-breaking development regarding a possible trade between the Canadiens and Bruins involving Sean Monahan

Monahan, 28 years old, is just starting to skate again and the Habs are really missing him right now. He has 17 points in 25 games this season and has really exceeded the expectations of many.
The Habs have a big decision to make in this matter.
They will have to offer a lucrative contract extension to Monahan by March, otherwise they will have to trade him, because his contract ends in the summer of 2023.
