According to Erik Erlendsson's report, Nikita Kucherov could join the long term injury list again, he should/could go under the knife.
I remind you that "Kuch" injured his lower body during Saturday's matchup between the Lightning and the Washington Capitals. At the time, it seemed like a minor injury, but it looks like it's not.
Jon Cooper, who wasn't worried about the matchup, certainly has to eat his gum faster than usual.
If Kucherov is to return to the long-term injured list, it will have to go through the NHL first in order for them to accept or not accept this move. Don't forget that the league got caught by the same Lightning just last year.
More details to come later today.
