A few hours ago, the Montreal Canadiens organization issued a nice little emotional release to mark an important plateau for Brendan Gallagher.
A nostalgic release.
Yesterday, it was officially ten years since Brendan Gallagher made his National Hockey League debut, ten years since he played his first game with the Montreal Canadiens.
It goes by fast!
In fact, on January 22, 2013, when the NHL's "Lock-Out" meant that the season started in the middle of January, Gallagher played his first game with the CH.
663 games and 390 points later, the fifth round pick in 2010 can be proud of himself, and it's not over yet!
Even though injuries have unfortunately slowed him down over the last few years, Gallagher remains a player who has the CH tattooed on his heart and not a little.
We are lucky to have him.
He is a great example for the youngsters to follow and it's with players like him that you win big games.
To mark the occasion, the CH organization shared a very special video, an emotional look back at Gallagher's ten years in the Tricolore uniform.
Wow, it's chilling! Thanks Gally!
