Indeed, Seattle residents were treated to quite a spectacle on the waters of Lake Union on Sunday, as a HUGE inflatable octopus was spotted on the roof of a boat surely belonging to a Kraken fan.

For those who don't know, the unofficial mascot of the Red Wings, Al, is also a gigantic purple octopus, standing in the heights of Little Caesars Arena. The resemblance between the Seattle octopus and the Wings octopus is striking.

In short, unlike his supporters, the Red Wings organization doesn't seem to be overly concerned with this story, and they made that clear via their own Twitter account.
