After Thursday night's loss, New York Rangers fans were not in a good mood. One "fan" took things to a whole new level by assaulting a Tampa Bay Lightning fan.
As everyone was leaving Madison Square Garden, a Lightning fan was walking alone and appeared to be talking with other Rangers fans. Then one of them turned around and gratuitously hit the Lightning fan, leaving him unconscious. The man who threw the punch later disappeared into the crowd.
It was a scary scene! Thankfully this "supporter" does not represent the majority of Rangers fans as many came to the aid of the unconscious man. Let's hope the culprit is found and pays for this disgusting punch.
