The return of the Quebec Nordiques: a sharp strategy takes shape in front of Gary Bettman

This week, a special meeting drew a bit of attention here, as "the Minister of the Nordiques", Eric Girard, traveled to New York, in the middle of the NHL playoffs, to meet with Commissioner Gary Bettman, regarding the Nordiques' return to Quebec City.
The excellent Ray Lalonde took a look at the file, because at the end of the day, let's not forget one thing: "there is an amphitheatre in Quebec City that is ready". And not a 4500-seat amphitheater, like in Arizona.
But it takes time to put all the steps in place. It takes a sharp and pointed strategy to put all the pieces of this puzzle there in front of Gary Bettman, who at the moment is not in a period of reflection on an expansion." - Lalonde
