Three forwards officially leave the Montreal Canadiens organization, as just announced by the team.

As we reported earlier, forwards Arnaud Durandeau (KHL) and John Parker-Jones (Los Angeles Kings) are leaving the Habs organization, and now we have also learned that the talented Quebecer Alex-Olivier Voyer is also departing.

He has signed in Slovakia.

«We wish good luck to three former players!
Good luck to Arnaud Durandeau in Russia!
Good luck to John Parker-Jones with the Reign!
Good luck to Alex-Olivier Voyer in Slovakia!»

- Laval Rocket

We wish them all the best with their new teams.

Alex-Olivier Voyer, 25 years old, from Sherbrooke, is a 6-foot-2, 192-pound forward.

He tallied 2 points in 8 games with the Laval Rocket, and 44 points in 61 games with the Trois-Rivières Lions in 2023-24. It's a significant loss for them.

John Parker-Jones, 24 years old, is a giant at 6-foot-8 and 235 pounds. He played a few games with the Habs' affiliate in 2023-2024 and added 90 penalty minutes in Trois-Rivières.

Arnaud Durandeau, 25 years old and from Montreal, was acquired by Kent Hughes via trade (from the New Jersey Devils) for forward Nathan Légaré in March 2024. He recorded 6 points in 10 games with the Laval Rocket.

Three good players who will have new opportunities ahead of them!
