In the last few hours, Juraj Slafkovsky's private trainer has released a great video, in which the Slovakian can be seen in action during his training.
You can clearly see what an incredible physical specimen the CH's first overall pick is, and it really shows promise for the future.
Slafkovsky looks like he's on a mission, and he's clearly worked extremely hard this summer to get in the best physical shape possible for the upcoming season.
Remember that the last forward who was selected first overall and didn't start immediately in the NHL was Mats Sundin in 1989.
Slafkovsky has made it clear on several occasions that his goal is to start in the NHL and he is working towards that goal.
As Marco Normandin of habsolumentfan.com mentions, Slafkovsky's private trainer has released a video of the Slovakian at practice.
You can see what a machine the guy is.
That says a lot about the kid!
