Big announcement involving Gary Bettman and Chantal Machabée
The Vice-President of Hockey Communications for the Montreal Canadiens, Chantal Machabée, has just broken her silence after the major announcement of the week.
After being congratulated from all sides, even by Gary Bettman and the National Hockey League, and after experiencing a very special week, the magnificent Chantal has just broken her silence.
Following the announcement of her receiving the Medal of Honor from the National Assembly of Quebec, she has just posted this.
«Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your messages regarding the ceremony of the Medal of Honor from the National Assembly. Thank you to the 125 deputies from all parties for thinking of me for this great honor! I am extremely grateful.» - Chantal Machabée
Chantal Machabée, an inspiration for the Montreal Canadiens and for a whole generation
It's absolutely deserved for Chantal, and she can definitely be proud of herself. It's the first time we've seen this with the Canadiens, as she continues to break barriers and push boundaries.
Seeing Gary Bettman personally congratulate her is big!
The medal is awarded to those who deserve recognition from the representatives of the National Assembly for their career, achievements, or commitments. This absolutely corresponds to Chantal Machabée.
Congratulations again!
